We are a training organization accredited by the Emilia-Romagna Region and have been providing higher education, continuing education, apprenticeships, and inclusion since 2001. We have been authorized to provide intermediation, search, and selection services since 2015, and we have been accredited to provide employment services since 2017.

We work with all Interprofessional Funds, particularly Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, and Fonder, and are ISO 9001-2015 certified in the EA37 sector. We have been an Autodesk authorized center since 2024.

To provide a comprehensive response to business needs, we offer management consulting and subsidized finance services through our affiliate, Phorma Mentis.

We have always believed that the primary task of those involved in training is to listen to the explicit and implicit needs of businesses in a constantly evolving labor market. This listening approach leads to the design of refresher training programs to support workers through processes of change, as well as specialization or retraining courses aimed at young people and adults, to promote quality employment.

In response to the need for skills related to technological and organizational innovation, with a particular focus on the digital and ecological transition, over the years we have developed a solid network with universities, research centers, innovative startups, and local businesses to train and mentor young people.

In recent years, we have intensified our dialogue with international partners, investing energy in the development of European projects and promoting the creation of a European network for advanced, digital and green manufacturing (EXCEED).
